Barre + Strength uses your own body weight plus weights, sliders, and bands to target both small and large muscle groups. Strength is added to intensify the holds, leading to a stronger version of yourself. This 45-minute workout is fun, challenging, and a strengthening movement for the body without heavy lifting.
