Guided Meditation for Anxiety & Stress

Join us in a peaceful and tranquil environment, essential oils flowing, as we guide you through meditation to help you release stress, reconnect to your innermost self and to find more awareness and balance in your mind, body & soul. In this class we enter stillness through body and breath awareness, hands of light meditation and visualization, leaving you with a tremendous sense of power, peace and relaxation. Enjoy a 40 minute guided meditation and end the last 20 minutes of class with creating an anxiety and stress relief essential oil sample roller while sipping on mocktails with friends.
