Maggie Goldstein

In 2002 Maggie discovered yoga while recovering from a car accident and she hasn’t stopped flowing ever since. In May, she completed her 200 Hour RYT training through LifePower Yoga and can’t wait to share her unique style with the stRIDE community. Maggie’s classes are designed for clients to find their edge both physically and mentally. She believes yoga can bring balance to our otherwise busy lifestyles and her style is both introspective and playful. Often you will find her in the spin room, as she believes cardio classes compliment and bring additional balance to her passion for yoga. Maggie is a wife and a mom who works full time. You will often find her adorable daughter, Brooke, in child watch or chatting it up with clients and instructors while enjoying her Bryn & Dane’s smoothies. Maggie’s classes are challenging for the mind, body and spirit!
