AAAI Certified Sarah hit her first boxing bag 15 years ago and hasn’t looked back. She’s passionate about boxing and loves to introduce others to it – so she’s brought her love for throwing hits and kicks to the stRIDE fitness room! During each of her classes, you’ll learn how to generate maximum power and force through the use of proper boxing form and technique. Karate-kid sounds and general badassery are of course also encouraged. You can expect lots of motivation, lots of cardio, and lots of heavy hitting beats in each and every class – and you’ll leave feeling stronger and faster than you did when you walked in. This ain’t yer grandmas boxing class! When she’s not boxing, you’ll find Sarah running around after her two kids, cooking for anyone who comes to her house, gabbing about health and wellness, and wandering around Target.
