Barre is a low impact, rhythmic-based workout that focuses on small movements at a high rep. Barre uses your own body weight and small weights and bands to target both small and large muscle groups. This 45-minute workout is fun, challenging, and a great, gentle movement for the body. Bare feet are recommended. This class takes place outside of Stride Sea Isle on the 38th Street beach. Mat Rentals are $3 or bring your own mat. Please check into Stride Sea Isle before heading to the beach. If class is canceled due to weather you will be notified the night before and the credit will return to your account.
