Carla started her passion for fitness 19 years ago. She loved fitness classes so much she decided to make fitness a part of her life. Carla has been a certified fitness instructor for the past 18 years. She holds several certifications thru AAAI. Group Fitness, specializing in Spin, TRX, Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT training and Boot Camp. She also holds certifications in Personal Training through NCCPT, Cycling and TRX. Her classes are always high energy and her focus is helping individuals meet their fitness goals and expectations every time. Carla’s energy and positivity makes it clear that she is passionate about fitness and making sure all of her classes are meeting her clients needs. “It is the most wonderful feeling knowing that I am able to help people feel so good about themselves.” When Carla is not helping clients, she loves spending time with her family.
